My college student has double insurance coverage and wellnow sent his outstanding bill to a collections company. They never submitted the claim to his secondary insurance even though we followed up with them when we received the bill in 2023. They needed to resubmit the claim. We have been dealing with this for 2 months and the collections agency does not have any record of his account. Got charged like I had no insurance and cant get my money back. I have called twice and cant get this resolved. I have my insurance papers and they were paid promptly, I then saw my bank account and was charged $165 not my copay! Billing isnt helpful at all, say it is being processed! I dont know any business that it takes 8 months to process an overpayment!

I have had a really bad experience with the billing department. They say I owe a copay of $40.00 through a bill or text but when I call them they say it will be resubmitted and not to worry. Then I will get another bill or text and so on. My insurance is good, I have had no other problems or issues with any of my doctors, hospitals, etc. as far as billing goes. Was seen in the beginning of October and was wrongfully charged a co-pay, had to jump through hoops just to be told I had to contact billing, and then billing had to reach out to their refund department. Ive callled about 6 times since then trying to get my refund and just keep being told its processing and theyre waiting for the refund department to do their job. Over 2 months later I still havent received anything and no one can allow me to speak to a supervisor. ******** customer experience. I just want my refund.

Absolute garbage, appointment at 2:50. Its now 5:15. What a load of s*** this is. Never returning EVER again. I urge everybody to avoid all WellNow urgent cares.

The absolute worst service I have ever seen. Over 2 hour wait to have a company drug test i don't know how many doctors are on duty or nurses this company is so lazy they won't even check you in they make you scan there or code. This should have been a get in pee in a cup and go our company needs to find a better place

I have nothing good to say about my experiences with WellNow at any facility. They value greed, not the patient.The woman at the front desk of the ************ facility is unyielding in her unhelpful answers to questions like "Why is the wrong insurance company appearing after you scan my card? Can we fix this?" Her dismissive "you'll have to call billing" answer to everything was infuriating. I visited the WellNow Urgent *********** in ************, ** early June 2024 as I became ill with Covid while I was on vacation. They took my insurance information but I was charged $145 at the time of my visit. I received a bill for an additional $170 in early September. My insurance covers this type of service 100%. The first time I called the billing inquiries number I was told they did not have my insurance information. I gave it to them a second time. My daughter visited a WellNow clinic in *********, ********. She presented her insurance card and was told they didn't know how to bill her insurance. She paid a portion of the bill following the visit and received a bill for the remainder which she also paid. Silmultaneously, they did bill our insurance who also paid them.
