I had a dr **** this past Saturday at 12:40pm., When I arrived they told me that they didn't have a provider. I Asked them how come you didnt call with this info. They indicated that they were going to tell this info when I arrived. They didn't know how far I traveled from. I would've expected someone to call me first.

My 88 yr. old typically vibrant mother went because she had been suffering for over a week with ear pain; a terrible cough and congested nose. Was seen by the doctor *** gave her an uninterested look over - meaning did not check her lungs; heart rate; temperature. He did look in her ear and said it was fluid filled - told her was probably a eustachian tube issue - to get over the counter Cordicidan and ******* - take it for seven days and if it doesnt work come back! I went in for a what I knew was the start of a UTI. I didnt have any symptoms out of the ordinary or severe, no reason to run anything but a basic lab. They submitted over $1600 to my insurance, now Im left with a bill for over $500. I reach out to another urgent care and a good friend is an NP at an advanced urology office, and both said that is ridiculous. Went to the ***** location sick as can be with a 4pm appointment . Its 5 pm and I am still waiting . They told me upon arrival appt only holds your spot. ??Tons of walk ins. Clearly another profit over people company . Will not be back . Considering walking out now as I write this. And the place is messy inside unkept.

The virtual care visit tried to charge me $120 when my visit copay is $0 and has been $0 since I started using the service. There is no number to call for help so I went a different route. Friends and family have been desperate for a medical visit and paid $120. They are stealing $ from customers covered by insurance!

Had a billing problem with Wellnow. The took $175.73 from my charge card for a bill that was not me. It was a bill for my grandson, and I called them ( the call center is in *****) and told them the story with the receipt from my daughter ( grandsons mom) and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do Please help

We have privately funded Local 669 ************ that is based through **********/Blue Shield PPO, ********. Because it is privately funded from the union, we have more options offered to us than traditional Blue Cross/Blue Shield customers. To that end, while we do have a deductible plan, when it comes to Urgent Care, we are covered at 90% with NO DEDUCTIBLE. We have told Wellnow Urgent Care this many times yet every time someone from our family tries to go there, they want to charge us up front $40.00 or more. This is not a... read more

My appointment was at 12:24 and at 1:34 I am still waiting to be seen. Others that came in after me are being seen. Cant rate the quality as I cant even be seen.

This is like many of the complaints already submitted. I was seen in September and charged a copay of $40. I got a bill last week 12/12 for $160 additionally owed. While I was expecting to see a bill, this was not itemized and had no other information. I received a text that I activated autopay, which I did not. Then I was billed today 12/23 for the $160.
