All sounded really good at first. Installers didn't call to check for underground utilities and hit my gas line. The panels were installed and it took awhile to work with **** to get everything final and go live. 2 month in, the panels were not installed right and they caught my electric panel on fire!!! COULD have burnt my house down. Panels have not worked in 3 months. I lost all the best "sun" months. June, July and now August. All these people want to do is give me like $450 for the time we lost. Everything was great with the salesman then the managers got involved and everything went wrong. Couldn’t spell my name right. Wanted me to do their legwork. Totally fouled up. Cancelled while I could and thanked my lucky stars for that.

They need better installation technicians; they didn't fasten a whole panel to a homes roof and the first storm blew it off and hit/damaged a house. They wouldn't fix the house or replace solar panel from a faulty installation. Customer service was then awful to respond to numerous phone calls. Find another installer or they need to stand by their installations. If this panel (which is very heavy) would have hit a person there would have been serious issues.

The crew was great 2 days in the spring mud. when the sales lady tells you a price then u sign a loan agreement say mine was mosaic plus then you have to pay do on top my 28 000 dollars turned into 42 000 at 4.99 interest

From a customers point of view i would never recommend this company. with my experience they are very incompetent, 4 times now they have asked me to send pictures of my inverter, meter and info panel on the side of the inverter. this is something that the installers should have done and the fact ive sent these pictures everytime they asked and they seem to never have them speaks loudly on how competent they are. also the "offset" i was told my panels would produce well thats not happening neither. i spent over 30k on my syst... read more

Not happy at all it has not worked like it should since we had it and we have hade it since jan. 2019. Does not work at all and they refuse to give us a credit for the 2 months that it didnt work.I dont recommend getting the solar panels.
