Takes forever to get the system up and running. They get it on your house very quickly to get there money, then you are on your own. I have had to get the inspections and get the system registered with Generac because it was not registered right and 3 months later I still don't have my system running. If you call in they will tell you someone will call you back today and that never happens. I have to call back the next day and find out that I have to go right back through the same process. Not Happy!

At this point and i cannot take it anymore. I was to have someone come to my house on August 28th. No one called and no one showed up. My system works intermittently and i think they need to fix it. I have been in contact with customer service who keeps telling me that the people in service will be calling me to schedule another appointment that they will probably not show up for. Installer team was good except for the crew member who drove the wildcat across the front grass of my property as well as part of my neighbors. There wasnÂ’t a licensed electrician on sight which IÂ’m sure is against code and a huge safety issue. I cannot comment about the system itself because I am still waiting on DTE to put in the meter, so we shall see.

I had my panels installed in November of 2019. There were many discrepancies between what the sales associated had promised me and what I actually received. First I ordered enough panels to supposedly cover 60% of my electric consumption. However, my monthly power bill wasn't even reduced a third. Second, I was promised an app so detailed it would even break things down to what each panel was producing so I would know if there was an issues with any of them. From the sales person making promises that Powerhome did not keep to the crew taking with the panel placement to the repair that caused my ceiling is fall in until the same area leaking again and customer service not being cooperative. So now I have to get someone else to repair their mistakes and use the information to take them for litigation. Not to mention that it hasn't brought down my winter bills. The installation process was very easy. The product is terrible. The customer service is terrible. My system has been in use for 3 months now. My back up battery has not worked yet. I couldn't even tell you what the system actually produces. Power Home customer service is awful. Service takes a bit to get to you. It's only one star because the salesman did the best he could do given the situation. Power Home Solar didn't meet any of the accolades your company brags about. First, you promise no out of pocket expenses which is NOT true except for the first 60 days. That may be insignificant and certainly is in the fine print but underscores how this company promises you the world. This company is a load of crap! I have been trying to reach someone since the install to tell them that the system wasn't working! Why has no one responded?My latest energy bill is $835.63!
