We have been trying to get someone to help us for weeks. We had panels installed 3 months ago and they are still not operational. We have come to find out that we need a wireless provider, which was never told to us. Not only are we continuing to pay for Southside electric, we are now paying for a loan on the panels. Now, in order to go solar, we need to pay another $150 per month for wireless. Our sales rep, Cash, never alluded to this. Worst experience of our life!!! The salesman Saad N***** that came out to our house was just that a "salesman" we were lied to from the start and I feel we were sold the Moon and Stars and we got nothing but higher bills now and a 20 year loan. We were told on the 30% tax credit and that we would get this "BIG" tax refund and that was another lie!!! Just had Power Home solar install 16 panels on our roof and for the past 3 weeks they have not been able to get the system running. First we were told it was the power cell and it needed a new one. Waited a week for it. They came out and replaced it. It still didn't work. The repair person said all the panels needed to be grounded and needed another PV link. We did not have the same experience as described by some of these reviews. We had their sales person Derrick A*** come to our house and describe their solar system to my 86 year old father and convinced him that his monthly payments would be less for the system then our electric bill. This was the case for 3 months of the year, but overall it would cost more per year. Has been a battle since I said yes, nothing but lies and a runaround, already made 2 payments and I'm still waiting to switch to Solar. this started in Jan/Feb now June and I am still waiting. Would not recommend, its a joke of a system. I really hope its worth it once or if I ever get it turned on but so far its nothing but a 30K roof ornament. Of course they already have their money from the bank, so why should they care......My personal opinion is run as fast as you can from these scammers.

They advised me they would replace the siding and fix the drywall the next time they came out, which could be up to 2 weeks! Who doesn’t want rain inside their home, I asked? I checked my basement to see if I had a piece of siding leftover from when we had our house built. Luckily I did and they replaced the siding that day. Company was great all the way through to final inspection on the solar panels and the loan is put through. After that they fail to keep you updated as to when solar panels can be used. Currently panels where installed three weeks ago and I am accruing interest on the loan and paying energy bills. Power Home can't tell me when I can start using the panels and I have to keep calling to get a status as they do not respond to email very well.

I called, I just wanted a price to compare quotes. They wanted a bunch of personal information. Being a technical person this process is more about "hooking" some one rather than being the best offering. I have quotes for a 16kW ranging from $30k-42k and 8kW system from $15k - $24k I already have done the work to know what works and what doesnt. I am not going with this company. They can not even get a tech on the call for me. wanted to come on-site and potientally waste my time instead of a phone call to go over the basics.
