When they finished most of the job looked pretty good before they put ground rods in they should’ve called ***** or asked the owner they installed the ground rod right on top of my current power supply coming into the house and where my water liners insulation in the roof attic they told me they’re putting in 12 to 15 inches and put in two to maybe three at the Max They asked me to inspect it and they finish the dark And I could not see what they did

Not happy with them have 10.5 kw system only have 10.0kw inverter on the house system screen only shows 8.4 kwp can not get answers from customer service. Have talked to solar edge they said power home has to change settings

The saiesman did not keep us informed and communications where bad with the electric company. Many things put forward by the sales person did not go as told to us. Installation crew broken four solar yard lights, did not clean up in garage and did not replace freezer to location moved from. I wished we had had the sales person and installation crew our neighbor had. Our salesperson is called MIA(missing in action)

When the sales Rep., Noll B******* came to our home he assured us that we had 30 days to cancel if we decided NOT to move forward with this project. He even went as far as telling us that even if it went past the 30 days, he would "take care of us" and have it cancelled. Big mistake! Company is awful with communication and follow through. I have had trouble with both and am now wondering if I will actually save anything or if I was just duped into buying expensive solar panels. I attempted to cancel, of course no one contacted me until to first part of loan was released. I was told it would take up to 12 weeks to install it took 6 months!!! Lied about savings. Multiple failures on install. My new roof is leaking where they installed the solar mounting brackets. System goes down, and their so called monitoring division never catches it. I have to keep checking it every day to make sure it is working. They have such a turnover rate of employees that your problems donÂ’t get solved, because the person that was supposed to be handling the issue leaves the company. Extremely frustrating. PA resident, Salesman Kevin L. initially seemed honest and sincere but quickly manipulated and pushed us to run an unauthorized hard credit check against our explicit direction not to. This has been detrimental to our family's financial standing as we expressed to Kevin numerously through the process.
