Back in June 2022, we inquired with Pink Energy solar company for our solar to be installed on our property. We then contracted with Pink Energy to have solar installed on August 8 through 10. We have had one issue after another with this company from the start. I had to make several phone calls to have the issues resolved. Horrible company no backup battery since May 2022. They canceled 1st appointment after waiting 45 days, then scheduled another 1 for mid September only to cancel it says not their issue call Generac. Waiting on Generac to find someone willing to service it. Now the company has closed down and apparently filing bankruptcy. I would give them minus ZERO stars.
As per the contract that I signed, I was to receive a rebate check in the amount of $3236.00 after installation was complete and system being online. After 4 months and many phone calls to inquire when the check will be delivered, no firm answer! My next call will be to the AGs office!
The install was great but the system has not been inspected for over 3 weeks which is preventing it from being tied to the grid. I have emailed and called numerous times over the last 3 weeks. No response to emails and no one answering my calls.
Power Home Solar a/k/a Pink Energy. This company is a fraud. We had for 4 years and NOT reaped benefits at all. They removed broken inverter and never replaced. They have been coming to our house for 4 years and have never fixed panels that have had pinched wires since installed. I had a system installed this year for a cost of $80k. It's not working. Now the business has gone out of business. I'm stuck with a loan. Criminal. I need a lawyer.
Worst mistake *** ever made! They lied to me about everything. The salesperson told me and showed me on his computer in my living room how everything would work with the sun and hitting the panels and how much energy it would make. And swore it would cut my electric bill in half. I spent ****** on this system and I was happy if it was gonna save me at least ************************************** 60 dollars a month! This is a rip off company. They are charging me $75K for 22 panels. Another customer was charged $39k for 18 panels. I have not seen any savings on my electric bill, it is the same as it was before installing solar from Pink Energy. I wish I had never gone solar. The Better Business Bureau should look into there business for scamming customers.
Solar links down since June. NO response even after multiple calls, and emails, This is the second time the links have stopped working, and it hasn't even been a year since installation. Now we are paying 70K in monthly installments in addition to our regular electricity bill.We are now done with this defective / non-functional product and non-existent service.
