First time in, saw your PA - Adler. Talked to me like I was a 5yr old. Didn't address the main concern of why I came in, a rash on my face. Sent me on my way with a prescription for dandruff shampoo. Still have the rash.

The absolute worse provider if you need to reschedule an appointment, I had a minor procedure done and needed suture removal and made an appt I knew I could not keep, I realized the mistake a week before the appt, the same day I made the appt. It took me 6 phone calls to reschedule and the call got dropped 4 times and it was even more frustrating when I was able ti talk to a human. Went well ,got home & about 8:00 it started to gush the blood ,we went to emergency room stayed 4 hr, packed it & wrapped with ace bandages ,they said they tried to reach someone at your office but couldn't get anyone.
Amazing!! Jill and the entire office team are so incredible!
