Service was slow. It took 30 minutes to see the doctor and felt rushed out the door.

My primary care originally referred me to pinnacle Dermatology with Dr. H.(Huong?) For toenail issue.. When I booked the appointment, I asked to have an extended appointment for a full body exam as I have other concerns I feel it is important to address. I explained my Blue Cross plan did not require a referral and that I wanted the full body exam as well as the toenail issue to be addressed at the same time. Very bad impression. Front desk was rude. Nurse practitioner- did not show much knowledge. That was trying to make my visit as short as possible and provide only very low help (without paying attention for details). But asking for much more money than was discussed be for the visit. Do not recommend..

Coming in to get my stitches out and asking many questions about my lopsided bottom lip I left your office with no answers and I'm really disappointed. I also was made to sign a paper that wasn't true. You never had to call me and make numerous attempts to make an app. for my forehead? That appt. Was already made in June. I changed my mind until a later time. Its was not worded right. I should not have signed it but was so upset by the lack of information I just wanted to leave. I was given some steroid shots & think one was too close to temple area. I experienced jaw pain afterward yesterday & today.
Waited almost half an hour. Felt rushed during visit. Listened to front desk employees complaining about any and everything.

Office staff was kind, and as quick as they could be for as busy it was. Doctor Roberts was great.
