I saw Laurel Poole and I felt like I was bothering her. She rushed me out of there. I had questions I never got a chance to ask. Her assistant was just as unfriendly. They didn't even have brochures for products they were selling. I was told to take a picture and Google it. I won't be back or recommending it.

Was looked at in less than 5 min not all my concerns were addressed

Women front desk loud catty lack professionalism, make you feel their judging Not a good experience at all

The waiting room was full. I waited a 1/2 hour before I was seen. The exam room was freezing. I waited 15 minutes undressed. I don't think the blinds were giving complete privacy to outside. My last appointment left terrible scars. They looked worse than the moles that were on my body before. I wish they explained that before the procedure. The receptionist was confirming loudly. We could here the entire conversation.

I had the mohs procedure done on my face - inner eye socket, along my inner nose area... I was told that I would be bruised up, and stitched up. I feel that I was not clearly explained how big of a wound area I would actually have though when completed .. I thought the wound area would be about the same size as my original shaved off area? ... Which was a much smaller area.. I have stitches running up on my forhead, and outer nose areas?.. Went on January 6th in pm. Receptionist was put off because I did not have new patient paperwork but told her I had not received. She acted like I was lying to her and said, well it was mailed. I received today (the 7th) with a postmark of January 4th. Im not sure how they thought I would have received and filled out by appointment date.

Regardless if covid, when you have a patient that can't remember what was told to him, who can't even fill out his own forms, the spouse should be allowed back with him. When we got in the truck I started taking questions and his replies were almost all, I don't know. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this.

I felt that I was bothering the front desk employee when asking for help that the nurse told me would take care of. I realize it is a busy fast paced environment and they have many duties to attend to, however I was made to feel that my request was unimportant and that I should not have been told by another staff member that they (the front desk)would take care of me.
