My visit started off a little shakey as I was a little late due to car problems. I did call & related my situation. Was told I could keep my appt if I got there within 15 min. I got to Silver Cross in time, however, there was a problem with my appt not being on the schedule. I did receive 2 texts about my date & time. So, that wasn't the problem. After awhile, I was told that there was a problem with my insurance & the referral. I made sure that my Primary Doctor sent a referral before the visit. Finally, I was seen by Teres... read more

I saw a PA named walter's, who was extremely condescending and pompous! I came in saying dear Lord help me get this itchy rash under control! He looked at me and said please don't take the name of the Lord in vain! I was dumbfounded since I had not said anything blasphemous! I have been in healthcare for 30 years and have never been treated that way or corrected like that! The rest of the visit was badly condescending I'm his part! Wanted a refill on my prescription, said I had to come in to be seen since I hadn't been there in over a year. Waited for 50 minutes for them to come in and say you want a refill ok you are all set. Didn't even look at my skin. Just wanted the office call money in my opinion.

Very thorough and explains all the steps in the reasons and what causes it.
Not following covid guidelines in waiting room. Wendy is great but front desk is bad

The doctor rushed us through the process. He didn’t take time to talk to us and explain the process. He didn’t allow us time to make a decision. He did not give us enough instructions on what to do after the procedure or what to expect. The wound hurt on a scale of 10/10 and the doctor didn’t prescribe anything for the pain neither gave any pain relief recommendations.
