Working with Tiffany was fantastic. She answered all of our questions and helped to guide the move-in process in such a pragmatic and seamless fashion. We had some initial concerns with the rental process; however, Tiffany and the team at Pathlight did a great job of easing those concerns and being accommodating to our wanting to work outside of the process. A+ *****

Pathlight has been communicative and helpful. While there have been a few missteps, they have been minor and Pathlight has worked quickly to remedy any issues.

At first it was a bit complicated, Pathlight bought the dishwasher (because ours was broken) through Home Depot. That was all fine however, Home Depot contracted with a 3rd party to deliver and install, the guys that came out insisted that the dishwasher was too big (our current unit was 23 3/4") the new unit was 24".... was not too big. After 2 failed attempts by Home Depot we finally opted to have our own guy do the install. Unit went in with no issues, fit perfectly!!!! Thank you Pathlight for the prompt service!!!!!

I was anxious to work with a management company that was not local to my area, but after moving in, having some maintenance things done, now having moved out and received back our full deposit, I can say this was one of the best companies I have ever rented from.
