I had an issue where some information was not communicated very well at all. After talking to Oscar ******** I felt a lot better about the situation. I was Very upset and he stayed calmed and tried to help me in every way possible. He was a so kind and I'm glad he was the one who ended up helping me out.

Pathlight Property Management has been an excellent partner to work with. They kept us informed every step of the move-in process and anytime I had a question, they were extremely quick with an answer. We moved into our house a few days before Hurricane Florence struck North Carolina. Pathlight checked on us before the storm hit and also after the storm hit to make sure we were ok and whether we needed any assistance. I had a problem with my fence it had fallen down and had to contact pathlight mtg. had the pleasure of dealing with Oscar Beckwith and he immediately assisted me. He said on the right things on the phone said he would follow up with me get it taken care of first thing tomorrow, because it was late in the afternoon. To my surprise he DID IT!! Working with Pathlight for 4 years now, my husband and I did not have the best experience at first. Then I called when we were having some financial hardships, something that isn't fun to talk about, was expected to be even more difficult in comparison to our history with a previous representative. Best property management I have had the experience of working with. Move in was easy. No problems with the property. It's hard to get someone on the phone but they have a resident portal that tenants can use for all correspondence. Which seems to be a quicker process to get questions answered. I am definitely buying this house.
