I thought they did a great job and kept me up to date on the status of the house and what was needed to do. After all their help and guidance our family is now enjoying our new home.

Pathlight is an awesome company that really puts forth care with its residents. I recently had unforeseen matters impact my income which ultimately impacted my ability to cover rent one month, and the staff worked with us even under strict procedures from our lease agreement. Great property managers that care and work to help resolve things when resindence May struggle. Excellent Service!

We recently moved into a Pathlight Property home in Georgia and have had an excellent experience. We've had a few minor issues and a couple of somewhat major ones, and Pathlight has been highly responsive in addressing them all. Their contractors arrive at the scheduled time, are polite and courteous, and fix the problem. In cases where they don't finish, they arrange to follow up and are diligent in getting to the resolution. We highly recommend this company.

Pathlight Property Management is very professional and thorough regarding the process of renting a home. The team we were assigned to were able to answer our questions quickly. And the home we rented is in excellent condition.

My experience with Pathlight has been 101% positive. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. ****** took the time to be sure we understood everything to make our move in easy and our property manager, Shelby, has been responsive and a pleasure to work with. I made a 20 year career in property management so I expect a lot from the company managing my home and Pathlight has not let me down.
