I've been in my home since November and whenever I've had an issue they've been prompt and helpful to fix the problem. It's been super easy to manage my issues online and provided great service!

The house I rented is beautiful and was very clean when I moved in. The staff is very efficient and helpful. Haven't had any maintenance issues yet. Sure there are some scuff marks here and there and wear and tear on the carpet but I would expect that since it's not a new house. I'm happy I chose this house and Pathlight.

My experience with Pathlight has been exceptional. Very easy communication. We have only had one issue regarding pool maintenance when we moved in and Pathlight quickly put a pool maintenance company on notice and the issue has been resolved and the pool looks great. I think the trash and water service fee of $7 per month is high given that I would rather pay those utilities on my own and not have them included as part of my required rent payment, but other than that we have not had any problems or issues and we love the hou... read more

Pathlight has been great to work with. I read some bad reviews about the company before I decided to lease with them, but I haven't had any problems at all. Everyone I've talked to has been very friendly and accommodating. My rental house was clean and ready to go when I moved in and I love it here. I already plan to renew my lease when the time comes. I haven't had any maintenance issues or reason to contact the management company, and knock I wood I won't need to! Great service!

Pathlight Property Management is the best I've experienced so far, and I have had many in the past, even though they are not in your state they will make sure you get and have everything you need. From maintenance to any small issues you may have. I strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new home to rent or buy, the homes they had are awesome, great community and very well maintained. Trust me you want be disappointed.

We think the people who answer the phones at Pathlight are very polite and try to be helpful....HOWEVER, the vendors that they pick to do the work for the residents many times are VERY unpredictable! FIVE TIMES we had appointments set up for a repairman (electrical and also plumbing) to come out to fix various issues, and FIVE TIMES they not only did not even show up (even though we took off of work to be home the 4 hours time estimate), but they did not even bother to CALL to say they were not coming! I'm so happy thanks to path light I have the home that we liked. Path light team is very supportive and very nice I do recommend it to everyone.
