My family and I had a great experience with pathlight and home partners. they were very organized and had a streamlined process. Also very polite and courteous. They always tried to be proactive instead of reactive when it come to different issues.

We have rented many houses from different companies and people and I have to say Pathlight has been the cleanest and the house itself was in the best condition out of all of them. The landscaping was still a mess thought which was disappointing. I'm not sure why these companies let the yards/trees/bushes get to be such a mess when these house are located in nice communities and the tenants are supposed to be keeping them up per their lease contracts.
