Tiffany (Plano, TX) assisted me with my lease on boarding, and I was absolutely in awe of how well I was taken care of. She was not only friendly, but patient, eager to answer any question I had, and committed to ensuring that my experience was a positive one. Truly Has Been an Amazing Experience working with the entire Pathlight Team. They have been exceptional from start to Finish. Tiffany A. Was super Awesome and Professional and helping us with our move in and all of the little things that we didn't expect and made sure we had all our Concerns were met. Even keeping in contact after we moved in just to see how things were going and if we had any concerns or issues that might need to be addressed. Thanks So Much to the whole team! I have had nothing but positive experiences with Pathlight - they were quick to assist in the renting process and completing all the paperwork necessary. The home was in great shape and have had no issues.

I moved in October 2018. Pathlight Property Management has been good to me so far. I have had a couple of requests for maintenance with them and they have responded in a timely manner and kept the maintenance requests open until the issues were resolved.

I moved into the home in October and everything was on schedule... I needed the maintenance team to stop by and fix the ceiling fan when I moved in and he was very helpful. He explained what could have happened and told me to put in an order for another concern I had and he would stop by and take care of it.. Every time I call the office they respond and follow through... Moving in was timely and very professional. so far so good....

Pathlight Property was a great company to rent a home from. The home itself was beautiful. When we moved in, on a Sunday, the code to the box to the key did not work. We were worried we wouldn't get a response via email but we received an email reply back within minutes to try another code. It worked and we were ecstatic. Everything was easy and hassle-free. They've been responsive to any emails and phone calls I've made. They've kept me informed of any service work orders and accommodated my schedule. Pathlight's customer service is A+, which is hard to come by. I would highly recommend Pathlight!
