BEWAREIf I could I wouldn't even give this company 1 star-We had major storm damage 1.5 months ago had to take days off work waiting for someone to come out- nobody showed. 1.5 months later still no one. There are golf ball size holes and a ruined roof in the property we are in. For the second time in less than a year, the inefficiency of this company has left me without an operating oven for weeks at a time. This problem might be expected at an inexpensive home, but this is a very expensive rental that we have the courtesy to treat very well with the absolute worst of service I have ever experienced in my life. Two technicians, ten phone calls for updates, and hours on end wasted on these people ... and still no working oven. The flow from Lease purchasing through their sister company, Home Partners of America, to them has been atrocious. Very little communication. Was notified via email less than 7 days before moving in of insurance coverage. Pushed our move in date one week then another 4 days after that. Sent emails to my contact and now over 9 hours and not a word back. Very disappointed considering how much we're paying.

Due to financial reasons I had to move out early. There is an early termination penalty to break the lease of 2 months rent. I paid my rent on time and gave the required 60 day notice. There were no extra fees posted due to their portal for payment. I was current on everything. They kept my $2,000 deposit and did not return a portion of Feb 2017 rent because I paid for a full month and moved out the 18th. So they basically took $2600 of my money!
Worst management company. I had a leak, they fixed that. But the plumber cut out holes in the walls to get to the leaks and the carpet was soaked. They said someone would fix the damage but I have had no calls from them, despite calling them repeatedly.
Pathlight management and home partners of america are truly an unorganized company. We rented to own a property that we moved into in late summer of 2013. The property was purschased from the original owners of the house prior to being moved into. The original owners of the house left items that we stored in the house. We also painted and did some updating out of pockets. The property was left in better condition then when we moved. In.
