From start to finish my experience was great! I spoke to the service manager, Steve and he explained everything that my car needed. He even found a space for me to work remotely while I waited for my car! My car was finished in under 1.5 hours! Definitely will continue using Platinum VW moving forward!

Great job! Kept me informed. Car was ready when promised. And the nice touch was when Steve saw my key required a new battery as I was picking up the car, he asked me to wait a minute while he replaced it
