After enduring multiple service horror stories at my local VW dealership, I discovered Platinum, and a find indeed it has been. Steve and Nathan are both friendly and professional, and the techs actually know their craft. The difference has been night and day. Replaced rear seat belt. Was done in a timely manner and they supplied a ride home. Was very appreciative as I had no way to leave on that day. Nathan in the front office was terrific. Had all the paperwork completed upon my return. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Platinum Volkswagen for any help you may need.
