This place used to be great before it got bought out and became more about making money and not about the animals. I brought my dogs here faithfully for years even though I haven't been that happy with them for a while. Well, the straw that finally broke the camel's back is on Valentine's Day my house caught on fire. One of my dogs died in the fire, and the other needed to be seen for severe smoke inhalation. I would give them zero stars I had been bringing my dog there for over five years when he passed away they had not sympathy what so ever I had adopted a rescue dog and he would be a new client and since I have spent so much money and been a loyal customer for them to honor the free first exam for new client which he is she was beyond rude I will be taking my business else where she then said her manager said if I left a review they would take $5 off $60 they do not care about there clients they just try and make money horri... read more

this placed killed my dog this place boarded my dog and my dog caught parvo there and they charged me to treat the dog and then called me saying my dog is dead they boarding prices because they scam you they say something is wrong with your dog would you like a exam then they charge you for that and then they charge you for your exam and more stuff dont trust this place

Unfortunately this is my first bad review. I have been to this place 3 times and within all I have had terrible experiences. I know shame on me right? Well to start, my cat has active eye herpes in ONE eye. I go in the first time and get him diagnosed. The vet who helped me the first time was very nice and informative and only checked the eye that was clearly the concern. I was charged appropriately the first time. The doctors are great but the admin staff is the most incompetent people I've dealt with. Specially Sherri. We took our dog for a physical last week and they asked for a stool sample. I asked how much it was going to be since they have a history of saying one thing and charging another and they said that there was no charge for it. That it was part of it. I return today and they charge me $35. This isn't the first time that they do something like this and I'm tired of it. Finding a new vet.

I tried to call here and this girl named Victoria answered the phone and she was so rude and tried to rush me off the phone. I came in here after the phone-call because i was just wanting to know about my doggo in boarding. Furthermore; I got amazing service from Bianca afterwards. She also apologized for incident prior to me coming in

Bad experience, Our dogs board there for 18 days. I had a bad experience since day 1. I had to catch a flight the day I left them and they tell me that my pets didn't have the Bordatella vaccine and that to board there they had to give it to them. For that, they need a 50 dollars exam for each dog. My dogs had all the vaccines that the US ask to get them into the country. They told me they would only charge for one exam and one vaccine (THEY DIDN'T). Second: I will send emails every two days to ask how my dogs were doing. A... read more

We've brought our dog here for years, since the day we brought him home. Loved the doctors and staff. After the sale of the hospital, and some new staff arrived I had an atrocious experience I don't wish on anyone. I brought my dog there due to an emergency. We were ushered into the exam room in a timely manner and the first thing the assistant did, before asking me about my sick dog, was try to sell me insurance; brochure in hand (they were on the examination table). I am so done with this place. We've been clients here since 2007. Over the years there's been so much change in management/staff that we've lost the engagement of this hospital as the medical home for our pets. We ran into poor customer service, not remembering who our pets are and 3 misdiagnoses of our dog who is special needs. We don't use this facility for medical care anymore. We only use this facility for grooming and boarding, which we were extremely happy with. The problem I would have to say is their front-desk. Th... read more
