I'm torn how to write this review. We've gone here for years, and a few of the doctors are really good. But not all of them. And they are expensive, we can't leave there without a couple hundred dollar bill. The last one was up near $600, with no diagnosis determined. I've worked with the owner and Marina and had great service. If you do go here, make appointments with them.

Gonna have to knock two stars off for normal care. Great emergency care, but when I took my dog in for a routine shot and to pick up some flea meds, without any vet interaction whatsoever, it was over $180. That's ridiculous. They charged me $90 for six months of the flea/heartworm medication, when my friends can get it from their local vets for $60 and it's available for a year (twice as long) for $57.

Dr. Leeking has successfully cured my dog of all her ailments! Woo hoo! I also love that this place is dog-walking distance from our house. Um, the hospital's cat should try NOT moving as to not rile up my dog (who just LOVES to chase cats!).

This place certainly didn't look impressive from its appearance. However, this staff was so warm and helpful. It gave off the warmth of a cozy neighborhood vet. My doctor, Dr. Sufit, was so gentle and great with my dog. He wasn't apprehensive about her as he normally is. I also loved how patient the doctor was in explaining to us Snowball's symptoms and what we should be watching out for. Definitely a winner!

I've been waiting to do this review for a long time. It's been a year since my dog passed. And it's been very difficult to cope with. I didn't have the emotional strength to relive my experience. I still mourn him. Before his first assessment for treatment, knew my dog had a heart murmur. But because he was fine and showed no serious symptoms, I prolonged taking him to the vet. The time I decided to do so, i would travel one hour to this vet because I wanted him to have the best care and so I thought. On his first ... read more

I don't really write reviews on yelp but this one, I had to. I was required to get an international travel certificate for my dog and I found this hospital on Google. When I was making an appointment, Suzanne was super friendly and helpful through phone and was told that the price for the travel certificate was $195 total and said they require a deposit of $72 to confirm the appointment and would charge the rest at the time of the appointment. When I showed up at my appointment, the front desk lady assuming to be Suzanne, tr... read more

I brought my cat here a month ago because she started With a retching stomach and cough. After 3 visits and over $900. Later she is just as sick as she was to begin with. There is no follow up whatsoever. They don't ever call to see how she's doing. I called and complained and still no call back. I'm forced to watch my poor cat suffer for over a month with no help and a big bill. Now I have to scramble to find another vet in a hurry because she's getting worse and it's over the Christmas holidays. Prices are outrageous and ... read more

The worst Vet I ever been! First of all they are racists! They don't like foreigners. If you have an accent they will make fun of you and try to take advantage of this! Second they are there just for the money! They don't care about your pet! My cat needs a special medication and they gave me the hardest time to get the prescription and order online to force you to buy from them. They excuse is that they don't know where the food is coming from. Are you serious right now? You really don't know Petco? PerSmart? Because o... read more

This used to be a great office, but maybe they changed their staff, or cant cope with covid, but our last visit was a disaster from start to finish. The whole telephoning to be let in/out was not working. Despite knowing our dogs are scared of other dogs, our pup was let out of the office into the face of another dog, without us getting any notice, so we were sat in our car a distance away. We had to rush over to scoop up our dog. When we got him back to the car we found he wasn't even clipped onto his leash properly. T... read more
