The visit itself was quick and efficient, which I appreciated, especially bringing in my 5-year-old on a Sunday night. The staff was helpful and we were in and out without a long wait. Unfortunately, the follow-through was very frustrating. We were told antibiotics would be sent to the pharmacy, but they were never sent. I had to call the next day to get it resolved, which delayed care for my child. Quick service is great, but making sure prescriptions are actually sent is just as important
