Long wait but had to come in because it was the weekend after we returned from the trip and my child had a bad ear ache. Paid the copay, was seen and given ear drops. It was about 10pm. Developed a fever overnight and ear ache worsened. after we called back to see if they can prescribe antibiotics to take orally since it’s been a few hours since we seen the doctor we were told that we had to come in again and pay a copy again. The appointment I had was canceled when I was outside the office, they stated the Dr had an emergency and told me to come back the next day. The next day I arrived at 12:30pm and was not seen until 4:40pm. They only had one Dr
