I found out that the pocket packs are 100% biodegradable which is great, as it is a lot of packaging. The team was very responsive and understanding of my original concerns. I would use again and is likely great for consistent refills.

Really annoying and a big hassle to get set up and good thing my prescription wasn’t needed urgently because it came 3 days later than I was told it would because of disorganization on your end
Bought an injection kit for 20 $ in august then you tripled the price and charged me 60$ in October. Thanks for the ripoff
It took over 2 weeks to receive my order. The pharmacist was reviewing my blood work (which isn’t supposed to happen) and making recommendations on my prescription. I do not plan on using pocket pills again.
Had a few minor issues initially, but a solution was figured out after a big effort by pocket pills that left me very satisfied.
Not a super easy service to use, unfortunately. I was not able to order my prescription through the app and when I uploaded it manually it was denied with no notification or flag. I ended up needed to call to get this processed, delaying receiving my medication from prescription date by 5 days. Very long delivery window made it hard to plan my day and there was no signature required or proof of ID for the package which felt odd... anyone could've recieved that package.
I was very happy with the quick response in regards to my PocketPills. I would like to thank.Annie for her patience and for offering a solution that I will try. I am hopping this will make a difference in my life. Awesome service.

So many calls and texts and emails that it feels like spam. The company goal is good, but the amount of calls and texts was honestly a huge deterrent.

Send the wrong version of my medication, even though I had confirmed the correct type before shipping. Medication was to be cold-packed but was shipped in inappropriate container and arrived warm. Unacceptable mistakes resulted in my switching back to my old pharmacy right away. Even then, the transfer order back to my old pharmacy had errors.
