Very disappointed. I used an on line physician and was provided with a prescription. I clicked on “delivery” ….. huge mistake. I had to wait 3 days from the date I received the prescription to receive my meds which were shipped from BC to Alberta. Given it was a pain medication, this service was not helpful. I received texts saying they were contacting my physician for a refill prior to me actually receiving my meds… I will never use them again. On the previous order, I had a bad experience. The manager contacted and explained what they can do to me to get me a better experience. I will order again from Pocketpills. I believe they can improve to become an excellent service. I support the pure Canadian Pharmacy!

No good customer service. Fedex service made it worst! Received the medication in a week with a broken box. Price is good.

When first signing up, we had to go through multiple channels to get all our information in the system correctly and deal with several people. Every time someone said they were going to do something, it wouldn't happen. After initial set up, we have experienced similar issues where over text. There was a couple times we declined the pharmacist consult and they still called us. Other times when we did need the consult, they would miss the meeting time and never call back. Your customer service agents are excellent. Unfortunately your choice of delivery company I can only rate as a BIG ZERO. Fed-Ex is the worst company to have as a delivery service. Here in Ontario their head office in Mississauga has no clue about other towns and cities outside of Toronto and surrounding areas. I definitely cannot give them nothing but a zero

Very poor communication with the doctor. I still don’t have my prescription after 3 weeks of waiting and calling both you and the doctor’s office. I’m ready to go back to a physical pharmacy!
