Was given the generic form of Yasmin even though I was never asked about this, nor was it confirmed with me on the phone. Pharmacy insisted it was confirmed (it never was) and no solution was provided except that they would send the name brand next time. Terrible service, and disorganized.
I was having trouble opening the packet but they called me right away and helped me with it, it’s great now.

First of all, someone should be consulted and consent to all these notifications. I prefer to have no notifications, and I had to call to cancel all the notifications I receive. Second of all, the receipt, which contains confidential information (prescription, date of birth, address, phone number), was sent with UNENCRYPTED email, and could easily be intercepted. Either the receipt should be sent on paper with the package that is delivered, or should be sent with ENCRYHPTED email, or should be available on the secure website... read more

I received my prescription which arrived promptly via Fed-Ex. Your website won't accept Penticton, BC as a location.

I’ve only ordered from PocketPills twice and both times have been complete let downs. Considering my options to take this business to a different pharmacy.
Edit: customer service addressed my shipping issue. Happy to say that they take a very proactive approach and are learning as the navigate this space. Great customer care. After speaking with the rep I have decided to stick with Pocketpills! Thank you Nagham for your empathy and understanding. Superb C/S skills!

Took way too long to get my prescription. Thought I would try pocketpills out for the convenience but I wish I just sent to my pharmacy because I can usually pick it up in the same day. When I complained to the service rep they made an excuse about fedex.
I have been trying for years to get all my prescriptions due at the same time. I have dealt with numerous pharmacies to get this done. It never happened now Pocketpills said they will do this.
