Good product Does a very good job of cleaning the pool. Still having some issues where it doesn't quite cover the entire pool surface area and the wand is difficult to use, sort of like a Wii remote control. But overall, takes the large amount of work out of the pool maintenance.
Works great. Worth the money. This thing is great. I've had it about 3 months now. Cord has never tangled. If it flips upside down it will, what looks like magically, flip itself back up right. Climbs and cleans the walls easily. I don't really use any of the fancy features like the remote or timing but because I don't need to. Put it in, whatch a movie, take it out... clean pool!! Great product This is a great product. Cleans very well. Spend a little extra money and buy a great product. Easy clean up. Pull out the filter canister and just spray off with the water hose. The local pool store wanted $1650 tax included and I got it off Amazon for $1100. You can clean just the bottom of the pool or clean the bottom, sides, and waterline. This has saved me a lot of time. Fantastic. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars Fantastic. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars. The kids have named it Cleo the cleaning robot. Our pool sparkles it does such a great job. I have only 2 things I am less enthusiastic about. First it does not signal when it has completed a cycle. I only know if I go to the control board and wake it from sleep to see how much time is left, or if I see it sitting still for some time. Love it! got it for my 90 year old father and he loves it because then he does not have to vacuum the pool anymore, which hurt his back. Only thing is it will stir up sediment and then it goes back to the bottom of the pool. However, it sure saves him and his back from vacuuming everyday!.

This little dude is great. My nine year old loves setting it up ... This little dude is great. My nine year old loves setting it up every morning. It gets the job done in an hour and a half. We just throw it in the pool and forget about it. Come back and the job is done. The remote works but is a little awkward. But I didn't buy it for the remote. Everything is as advertised. It's expensive but worth it as a one-time expense.
Great Purchase! This cleaner has changed my life! It works great and saves so much time and hassle. I had two cheaper ones - a dolphin and a Polaris which were very disappointing. This 9550 is well worth the cost!
