The cable tangles. It’s really a pain!

We don’t want to inundate you with too many suggestions, but have some tips to improve the cord tangling issue: 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck to relieve coiled memory 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location 4) Gently toss the necessary cable across ... read more

I purchased this robotic cleaner on the recommendation of my local pool service company, after discovering how antiquated the previous home owner's pump style cleaner was. Rather than repairing old equipment, we decided to spring for this robotic cleaner. For the most part, I think it is a great investment. I do wish it had a few more features for the $1,000 I paid for it.
