This robot is just ok. The operations are pretty simple and easy to use, but unfortunately we have found several issues using this unit in our pool. 1. The control unit shuts down and must be unplugged to “reset” it. This has happened at all times of the day and night. 2. This unit is constantly flipping over or getting stuck on our tanning ledge. It’s okay, doesn’t pick up fine dirt. Could maybe use a fine filter to pick the smaller stuff up. Overall would not recommend if fine dirt is something you deal with.

you never sent me my $50.00 rebate. the return yellow card that came with the Polaris was returned to me by mail because it was not a valid address. but other than that it's fine. i would give it a 5 star, but after purchase service sucks.

Doesn't work. I have to do 2 cycles a day with full bags of cotton balls in it for my pool to look just okay.

What a waste of time to write an reveiw. You will get an response with a phone number and half felt apology for the unit not working up to par. When you call the number for over a WEEK AND GET A MESSAHE STATING ,, DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUME CALL BACK BACK AGAIN. THEN YOU GET DISCONNECTED. WHAT A F..ING JOKE. Sorry for being ugly, but a week trying to in touch. RIDICULOUS
