Part missing interior This part came in a sealed Polaris bag. The part didn’t work properly as the water flowed out of the valve constantly. After reading other reviews about this issue I realized it didn’t have the interior mechanism inside the valve. I received my refund quickly but won’t waste my time buying from here again. My pool store said they have never had that issue with their Polaris backup valves so I’m just buying from them and paying more. It avoiding bad merchandise.

Missing Mechanism My factory sealed bag did not include the all import mechanism. Only the 2 part housing and sealing collar were in the bag. This defective package has been returned and my pool is getting dirtier.

Delivered with missing parts. This product was advertised to contain all parts required. However, it was delivered to me missing the G53 mechanism. Therefore it was only the outer casing and completely non-functional. Don’t buy this here. Go somewhere else.
