Excellent Product Ordered pump on the 9th and the pool pump was on my porch on the 10th. All parts neccessary to change out pump were included. I would recommend to my friends.
Same pump - same great product I purchased this Polaris pump to replace my worn out pump. My old pump was over 8 years old, and finally wouldn't turn on any more. Amazon has the best selection from a variety of sellers. I am very pleased with my purchase. Polaris makes a quality pump, and it was fairly easy to install. Everything is included - pump, hoses, and connectors. What a difference this new pump has made. It is quiet, and I hardly know it's running.
Great customer service The pump was exactly what I ordered at the price that was quoted. Initially it was stated that it would take 10 days for the pump to arrive. To my pleasant surprise, the pump arrived 3 days later. I will buy from this vendor in the future.
Quick turnaround Pump arrived within three days. It was what I had ordered. The plastic stand was broken but was able to use the one off of the old pump that this one replaced. It must have been dropped in the shipping process. Price was good and it worked fine.

Easy install for the do-it-yourselfer I used this booster pump to replace one that died in my pool system. This pump powers my polaris cleaner. This pump was $299+tax at the local pool supply store. My pool repair guy said he could install one for $375+tax. It looked like such a simple install I decided to try it myself. Glad I did. extremely quiet! We ordered our pump on a Saturday and received it by Friday. Very quick Fed. Ex. delivery. My husband was pleasantly surprised to find that it came with all the attachments needed to replace old pump with as we were thinking we'd have to go out and purchase all the necessary attachments. Pump was fairly easy to install and once installed we weren't sure it was running as it was so quiet compared to our existing pool pump (which now really needs to be replaced with something just as quiet!). Polaris Brand PB4-60 Pump LEAKING on the FIRST DAY. I wanted a Quality Product so I did NOT Buy it from a Different Third Party Company. I choose the ORIGINAL POLARIS Company to buy it from. On 25 JULY 2025 I Purchased aNew Polaris PB4-60 Booster Pump and RIGHT AWAY it was Leaking Bad between the Volute and the Pump Motor on the very FIRST DAY.
