Great customer service The pump was exactly what I ordered at the price that was quoted. Initially it was stated that it would take 10 days for the pump to arrive. To my pleasant surprise, the pump arrived 3 days later. I will buy from this vendor in the future.
Quick turnaround Pump arrived within three days. It was what I had ordered. The plastic stand was broken but was able to use the one off of the old pump that this one replaced. It must have been dropped in the shipping process. Price was good and it worked fine.

Easy install for the do-it-yourselfer I used this booster pump to replace one that died in my pool system. This pump powers my polaris cleaner. This pump was $299+tax at the local pool supply store. My pool repair guy said he could install one for $375+tax. It looked like such a simple install I decided to try it myself. Glad I did. extremely quiet! We ordered our pump on a Saturday and received it by Friday. Very quick Fed. Ex. delivery. My husband was pleasantly surprised to find that it came with all the attachments needed to replace old pump with as we were thinking we'd have to go out and purchase all the necessary attachments. Pump was fairly easy to install and once installed we weren't sure it was running as it was so quiet compared to our existing pool pump (which now really needs to be replaced with something just as quiet!). metric only If you're looking for this and understand Imperial feet inches pounds then look elsewhere, this entire experience is subpar it looks at your height and weight and tells you that you're fat if you are not in the weight classification they project ...for instance I'm 5'9" 207 38" waist 18" neck 14" arms 16" calves 24" thighs 45" chest 51" shoulders says 163lb of muscle measured and wants me at 168lbs total ideal weight... Unlucky replacement. Unfortunately the pump worked only intermittently, so I had to return it. I should mention that I had my previous Polaris pump for over 10 years until it needed replacing.
Buyer beware Buyer beware-- Manufacturer will not warranty product if not installed by a licensed contractor.
Do not purchase this at all, much less here on Amazon. I bought this on August 8, 2025. Today, November 19 2025. after slightly more than 3 months the pump has completely seized up and will not run. My first Polaris PB4-60 Booster Pump lasted more than 20 years.
