Works great, Sweep works great..cleans very fast and effectively. Installation was quick and easy. I was relieved there was no problem because unit arrived without invoice inside or packing list
polaris We have not used this product yet but we purchased it to replace the one we purchased 10 years ago. I works well for picking large things off the bottom of the pool. Might need a second system to pull water through the pool filter.
Zodiac F5 This item was well worth buying off Amazon. I shopped Ebay & local Pool retailers. Amazon had the best deals and variety to choose from. Item came brand new in box. I have had no problems with it. I will definetly get my next one from Amazon too.

The 280 is the best of the Polaris pool cleaners I have used it for 3 years and it works perfect. Buy your bags on the internet, it is a lot cheaper.
Good unit Like the new design when compared with the almost 10 yr old model it replaced. The bag was not as sturdy as the original model and tore after a few uses.
Cuts the Work Decreases the amount of raking and manual vacuuming of the pool. I decided to go with the 280 due to the more favorable reviews over the higher numbered models. This is like the Energizer Bunny--it keeps going like a champ. It pays to replace the foam scrubber tail brush when it gets worn down. That way it more effectively sweeps away the algae before it accumulates.
Keeps the bottom of the pool clean... This sweeper works very well at keeping the bottom of your pool clear of dirt and debris. I do not have any trees near my pool so I cannot speak for leaves. My only complaint is during operation it tends to fall on the side and takes some time to get back on its wheels again. This could be a problem with the adjustment jet in the rear too.
