It is ok, I have had to reconnect it back to my Wifi network twice and I have had a number of right wheel traction error messages. I purchased this machine earlier this year. Apart from the above the machine has worked well

When new and working the polarizes does a great job. It definitely saves energy and seems to pay for itself in savings after about 2 years. Unfortunately it is rather delicate and our first one only lasted 2 years with 2 different service visits. We are now on our second polaris with high hopes for the future. For the price I would like to get more than 2 seasons.

The stand for the vacuum is so awkward, I hate it. It's basically backwards - why would the controls be on one side and you have to turn it around to place the vacuum on the rack? The way the vacuum sits on it is odd too.

This is my 4th Polaris and every 2 years when the warranty expires, I end up having to replace with a brand new one because to fix it, cost more than the unit itself. The last Polaris, we got lucky and the warranty was actually 3 years and we were able to get a new free replacement Polaris. Not that I’m a big fan of Polaris but I have yet to find an equivalent that will clean my pool. I just wish Polaris pool bots would last longer.
