Our last Polaris broke down just out of warranty and needed $1200 of parts to repair. We paid $1500 for it new. We have a small pool 33’ x 18’ x 5’ and used the cleaner most days over 2 years. We were pleased with the results even though it required two new leads and had multiple parts replaced (all through warranty). You the company, haven't done anything. As far as the pool robot is concerned, it is okay. It does multiple functions but it does not excel at one thing. Instead of having two robots to perform different functions, I settled for this. Not the greatest. Our family own lower cost units that perform certain functions better. I bought the high-end inpool cleaner and its reliability is like a bargin basement unit. Additionally, the warranty group kept returning a unit that did not work out of the box. I was on my 4th supposedly repaired unit, that did not work when I had to go to the higest management level to demand a brand new unit. I was without my high-priced unit for the whole pool season. Keep getting error code 10 and you don’t have a customer service who answers the phone - waits months before they respond - product front sweeper doesn’t work

Overall the machine is good, but have an issue with the caddy - the top keeps popping off whenever i try to move the caddy with the cleaner on the caddy

If you have any warranty questions, they will NOT get back to you. You will get constant generic email replies that say we'll get back to you in 48 hours but they will not. I emailed them 6 times with zero responses. Then calling is even worse. Their message is always, "the have heavy call volumes" to call back during business hours but won't even tell you their business hours. I bought this pool cleaner last summer. It worked for about 2 months then stopped working and was giving error code 10. I called Leslie’s to see if I could return it, they told me I couldn’t, but they could fix it. So I took it back to Leslie’s where I bought it for them to fix it. They had it for a couple days and called for me to pick it up. They said it was fine and worked perfectly for them and said it probably wasn’t working because my pool water might be under 70 degrees. 1. Could not get my refund of $50. Your program would only let me register. 2. Trying to clean algae. It just stirs the stuff around. 3. Does not scrub the walls . A $100.00 creeping crawler works 100% better.

Thing never worked. Constant errors. In the shop more than we had it. Never received rebate. Was told that I would have 3 year warranty but only have 2. Waste of money and more importantly time and will let anyone that asks know that this product and brand is not the way to go! So very disappointed!!!
