Don’t think it’s your problem but continue to have the Bluetooth disconnect and have to reboot it with my phone. My WiFi needs improvement.
I now have two units of these as the first one lasted only 13 months when the right steering motor went out. Yes, it under warranty, but the 1st unit has been at a certified repair shop for more than a month and I still don’t have it back. The pool cleaning still has to be done daily and that caused me to buy the second unit.
I purchased my first Polaris VRX IQ+ on 8/9/2020. It worked OK but not great. It wouldn't pick up the fine sand. I found out that Polaris has 3 different filters for this cleaner. So I had to purchase the Ultra Fine filter for about $85.00. That worked great, the filter picked up all the fine sand. It was working great until July 2022 when I started getting error codes 2, 3, 11. I took the cleaner back to Leslie's Pool Supply for warranty repairs. They repaired it in about 1 week. It was working well until December ... read more
Used it once perfectly. Tried to use it the second time and got Err 10. Had to take it in for repair. Not at all pleased with it.
My machine is not even 3 years old, yet it has completely stopped working. Leslie's has tried to repair it to no avail. It was a complete waste of money and I'll never trust any Polaris product again.
I bought this pool cleaner in June of 2020. At first, I absolutely loved it! However in the short time I've had it, it has been repaired twice. Last week, it stopped working again, so I took it to Leslie Pools to have it diagnosed. I found out the motor was bad, among other things totaling a $1000 in repairs. Considering I paid over $1700 for the pool sweep, I feel it should last longer than two and a half years. Very disappointed in this pool sweep. Buyer beware.
Worked great the first time, second time displayed an error code and is now being repaired. Would have thought a $1500.00 machine would work a little better than just 1 time out of the box. Needless to say, disappointed so far.
Constant error 4 after 10 minute max run time. Leslie's Pools won't honor the return after a week of constant failures with this overpriced junk.
Constant ER10 errors since the 3rd use. It gets an ER10 after going for 3-40 minutes. 40 minutes is the longest it has ran since the 3rd attempt. Multiple attempts to have pool store correct/service/repair and now I dropping it off again for another try. The pool store is a 30min drive from my house so hours have been lost going back and forth. For $1500 I would think it would work more than twice.
