Cleans pool really good….5 Stars. Terrible reliability, lasts 18 months then needs pretty much everything replaced…and yes, I keep it out of the pool and rinse it off…..1 Star I keep buying it because it’s the only sweep I’ve had that doesn’t high-center itself on the floor drains.

TERRIBLE product! It did not last one year!

Does not do a good job of picking up fine sand on the bottom of the pool. Does not pick up anything along the edge of the pool - between the floor and the wall.

Bought with expectation of getting a rebate which they denied. Planning to take it back!

Had to have it in for repairs after only 2 months. It struggles to climb the walls, and does a terrible job in the edges and corners.

I had it for 4 days, three of the 4 days it had error code 10, I was able to restart it, but on day 4, it stopped running and stayed in the middle of the pool.got it out, took it to leslies pools for diagnosis, that wad on the 20th of June, and as of today the 29th I still do not have resolve, and no word from Leslis as to where it is or what they found. Not happy.

Map and directions was a fail. It was on overpriced rocky ride, with no destination

I need help with the phone app not connecting. I have asked for help 2 to 3 times and never got any help. Just an automated email that told me how to connect it - Exactly like the instructons that came with the product - however - it still will not work properly. So now I am stuck with a great vacuum without the app?

It doesn't clean the steps very well. Other than that it does a pretty good job.

We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool.
