After using it for three days, it quit working. I returned it to Leslie's and they kept it a week before calling me to pick it up. I don't think parts should have to be replaced on new equipment. I guess I got a lemon.

The machine just wanders around the pool leaving large areas uncleaned. Very seldom does it make it to the water line to clean. We have tried it on the extended clean and smart clean with similar results. The standard pressure Polaris model was as good as this over priced robot. We would return if we had the option!

It won't make it over a small ledge in the pool and doesn't clean the whole pool

I purchased one new, it lasted a month before it broke. Ended up calling polaris about it and they sent me a new replacement unit. The replacement unit lasted around 2 months and it went out. Repair place had to replace motor assembly and cord on it which took around 3 weeks. Got it back and it lasted 6 months and it went out again. Same issues so it took another 3 weeks to get fixed and back to me. When it does work, it works great. There just seems to be issues with how long it will last before it goes out again. Worked great for 8 months but then started throwing errors and would not work at all. Has been in shop for a week, still don't have it back yet.
