Pooch Hotel

Mozart loves going to Pooch. The staff really loves him and treats him as if he was there own. If there is an issue they contact me immediately and even will take him to my vet if needed. Excellent care for my Mozart.

I never worry about Herschel while he is at the Pooch Hotel. I am confident that he is being well taken care of.

We love, love, love the Pooch Hotel in Richardson. My husband and I took our baby, Sammy, there after he had a bad experience at a different doggy hotel - the other place allowed an aggressive dog to stay and this dog came after my dog and left him traumatized. Because of this experience, my husband and I wanted to make sure we found ONLY THE BEST doggy hotel for our Sammy. We checked out several facilities, but knew the Pooch Hotel was THE place immediately. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, reassuring and most importantly, Sammy LOVES going there. He loves to socialize with other dogs and the Pooch Hotel groups the dogs by size. There is a staff person in each play area at all times monitoring the dogs and they interact with the dogs. There is a staff member on site 24/7. We love being able to watch live feeds of our baby in both the play room and his suite. I cannot express how happy we are with the Pooch Hotel. We love the updates they provide and they welcome calls to check in on our pup. If you’re looking for a great place to take your dog when you travel or just to socialize with other dogs, I highly recommend the Pooch Hotel. Two thumbs up from this happy dog mommy!

It was our first time leaving our one year old dog, Anastasia, anywhere, so we were highly nervous! BUT Pooch Hotel did an incredible job of trying their absolute best to make her feel as comfortable as possible. They were quick to respond to calls and emails. They were also quick to address any concerns I had. Our dog definitely had the most trouble with wanting to eat which we figured would happen but the Pooch Hotel did not give up! We highly recommend this place and hope to bring our dog back. :)

I can’t say enough good things about Pooch Hotel Richardson! All of the staff was so kind and attentive. They were flexible, even last minute, and Arthur absolutely loved his first day. This first time dog mom is happy and glad she has a place for her pup when she’s at grad school.

My boys seem to love the people there and always seem to be “busy” and happy during their play time. They come home exhausted but happy and healthy!
