Pooch Hotel did a great job caring for my dog Lucky. It was my first time leaving her anywhere and the staff made me feel very comfortable in leaving Lucky with them. I love the playroom cam.

The kind people working at the Pooch Hotel always take great care of our dog. During a recent stay they put a thunder shirt on him since he is scared of thunder storms. This level of care is exceptional.

One must make a well in advance reservation to get a room in this popular Hotel, especially during high seasons. I guess this fact says it all!

Always really great with my dog, very very happy about that, but if i ever need to call the hotel to see if my dog can come in last minute or anything i almost never get a response or a call back.
