Our experience was absolutely fantastic - ambiance, wait staff, food presentation, TASTE!, everything was perfect! Can't wait to visit again!
WE both had the special, shrimp cocktail was tasty and firm, the filet was cooked perfectly. Good experience.

Surprisingly excellent food and service. Ambiance lacking. NEED second entrance from Hotel. Avoid casino!
Food was great service exceptional. Only issue is the water faucet in the bathroom was ice cold and this is very common for the restrooms throughout the casino . If the help is using that sink it should at least have warm water .
This was the third time I dined here. Again, the service was exceptional, but my dinner was not that good this time. The caesar salad was under-dressed and the pasta bolognese was delicious but the portion was very small whereas my husband's pasta and meatball meal was hearty. I even asked if it was the small potion and the server said no. Portions at Portico are usually generous and I usually have more than enough for another dinner at home. I was disappointed.
Food is excellent; service is excellent! We had the cauliflower and broccoli sides which were amazing! Salmon was fantastic!

One of the best pieces of lamb I’ve ever had! Terrific service. Our table was visited by the GM to check in with us. Waitstaff was professional and friendly. Worth the drive in from Syracuse for a change of pace. Highly recommend.
Took some out of town friends to dinner here. It was a gamble, as we had never been, but had heard good things. We had a wonderful time! Awesome wines, food, and service. Loved the menu options, and I ended up ordering a filet mignon and lobster tail. Could not have been better! A great time. All six of us agreed!
