Verified Renter Decent place to live. The Halls often smell Like weed and there is frequently dog poop and pee in the walkway and stairs though. Amenities are nice.

Verified Renter Absolutely love it here at Portiva! Just signed a new lease for another year! Haven’t had a single complaint. The amenities are my favorite! The cafe is very useful when it comes to studying for college.

Verified Renter Friendly staff/ management are very friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. Property is kept clean and breezeways are washed weekly. Residents are also friendly and courteous.

FUN AT PORTIVA! Portiva is an amazing apartment. The front office staff is very good with taking suggestions and feedback from the community and creating real-time solutions. I have been able to see the space improve in its communication with residents through emailing and address resident concerns respectfully. The maintenance team has continued to work to catch up to All Resident requests and create a great property. Verified Renter Portiva is a great apartment complex. We have lived here five years and plan on staying. The amenities are exceptional and our two bedroom apartment has many upgrades. The staff does an excellent job and we have many wonderful neighbors. I highly recommend it.

Verified Renter Portiva is a just a wonderful place to live! The office staff is great to work with. They are very responsive and friendly! The grounds are always neat and clean. I love the pool and courtyard. Also the internet cafe is a great, quiet place to get work done! The apartments are very modern! We have lived at Portiva for over 4 years and have zero complaints!! This is by far the longest we have ever stayed in one community!

Love it here! Love the apartments! So gorgeous! Staff is very friendly and attentive. The complex is always quiet and peaceful. Inside, the apartment is absolutely beautiful! Everything is brand new and I love calling portiva home!

Verified Renter I have lived here nearly 2 years and trying to decide if I would like to stay another year. I am seriously considering but it will depend on what the new rent cost is. I must say I have very much liked living here and would recommend Portiva to anyway asking.
