Verified Renter Love living at Portiva! It’s such a vibe! Always something happening in the community. One of my favorite things is going down to the Cyber Cafe in the mornings for the Complimentary Starbucks Coffee.

But building cleanliness and certain maintenance issues of public amenities are always present, wich is very unfortunate for such a beautiful property. I'm living my second lease term at Portiva and during the time of my lease still seeing little issues, for example very bad odors (pet waste) inside staircase, elevators partially working(most of the time one is down), fireplaces not working properly, grills dirty and ignition not working, hallways fans broken, entrance g... read more
