Verified Renter Ive been living at Portiva for 2 years now and its been an overall good experience. Office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, as well as quick to respond. This year they have added on extra fees (e.g. common area electricity fee) that did not exist before. I probably won’t be renewing my lease another year because of all the extra fees.

Verified Renter Great so far! Older apartment so expect that, great value for sure, only minor issues shower head/ shower bar needs work. Really liking the area so far.
Verified Renter Apartment is beautiful! Love all the friendly dogs and neighbors! Love the courtyard view. The location is amazing too, so easy to get anywhere.
Verified Renter I love living here at Portiva. It is a quiet, safe, welcoming community that makes me LOVE coming home. It is exceptionally clean, well maintained and now that the main gate is fixed I feel extremely safe living alone in this complex. They have awesome events and residents are treated like family. I love everything about living here!
