Verified Renter The maintenance crew is very responsive and front team is very friendly. The apartment is very clean and up to date and when things break in the apartment they are very quick to repair it. I live on the 4th floor though and there has been problems with the elevators a LOT of the time. The elevator close to me was broken for almost 6 months. Lots of people let their dogs pee or poo in the hallway/staircase/elevators, but the team has been pretty responsive at cleaning it up. Has overall been a positive experie... read more

Verified Renter I’ve enjoyed my 5 years at. Portiva. There have been bumps in the road, but it has been a great experience. The area is great, property manager has been cordial and has listened to my concerns. The maintenance staff is great ????. The community aspect of Portiva has been wonderful, met lots of really nice people, that have become friends. The community event leader is awesome in the planning and development of the activities!
