Verified Renter This is a quiet, neat place to live. The office staff are amazing and friendly. The neighbors are friendly as well and we are close to all the shopping areas on Southside Blvd.

Verified Renter I’ve had a pretty good experience here! Maintenance is very quick and responsive. Everyone I’ve dealt with in the leasing office is super nice, Darian especially! She has been my only contact over emails and is always quick to respond! They do not answer the phone. Only downside is package theft and people checking cars but that’s not really their fault!

Verified Renter I am going into my second year with Portiva and I love these apartments. Very quiet complex with such great amenities. The staff is very nice and caring. I love the involvement the staff have very involved in the community. Maintenance team 10/10 very quick to respond to fix whatever needs in the apartment.
