Verified Renter Overall Portiva is a fine place to live. It’s cumbersome and expensive to get packages as they have to go through a third party company off site, so if you plan to order a lot of packages, this may not be the best fit. But besides that, for the price you pay, it’s not a bad place.

Verified Renter I honestly love it here. The neighborhood is peaceful and well kept. Wish we have more parking spaces but I guess it’s ok. I would recommend staying here to my friends all the time.
