Verified Renter Love living at Portiva! It’s such a vibe! Always something happening in the community. One of my favorite things is going down to the Cyber Cafe in the mornings for the Complimentary Starbucks Coffee.

But building cleanliness and certain maintenance issues of public amenities are always present, wich is very unfortunate for such a beautiful property. I'm living my second lease term at Portiva and during the time of my lease still seeing little issues, for example very bad odors (pet waste) inside staircase, elevators partially working(most of the time one is down), fireplaces not working properly, grills dirty and ignition not working, hallways fans broken, entrance g... read more

Verified Renter Love the complex the amenities the residents and the staff. The location is ideal as well. So easy to get anywhere from here. There is always something fun to do every month. Great place to live!
Verified Renter I have been living here for almost 2 years and it’s been a breeze. Maintenance is always quick getting request done within hours of putting in. Quit complex with plenty amenities to explore, the gym and yoga studio being my favorite. Front office and management are very involved in the community. We have food trucks and events every so often which is nice. I honestly can’t complain about anything it has been a good experience for me thus far.
