Casey and his team called to let me know when they were on the way to my house. He walked through the house and thoroughly explained what the procedure would be. The entire job took approximately 3 hours. They were very courteous and left the house very clean. Potomac Services performed a dual system duct cleaning, and chimney cleaning and inspection.
Fast, professional. No pushy up-selling. Clean tidy and very polite. Inspected and swept chimney.
No problems at all, everything went well. They vacuumed out all the old insulationin my attic as I am having new insulation installed. They were very clean and prompt with their service. I'd have no problem using them again inthe future and would recommend their services.

John was not only punctual, professional and easy to talk to, he was an excellent technician. We would certainly call Potomac Services again. John cleaned our well used fireplace, had live video to inspect the integrity of the fireplace and applied Chimney Saver (great product) to our stone and mortar chimney.
