. Cleaned house vents and dryer vents....good service tech, polite, careful....high price compared to some others.

Cleaned our chimney. Advised us about repairs needed (they did not do that type of work, but there advice was very helpful). Good job!
He was good and on time. He was also professional and I appreciated that he notified me of the problem. I purchased a Big Deal for chimney sweep or dryer vent cleaning for $90 each.He did the chimney sweep but notified that I had a hairline fracture. He said I could not use it until it was repaired which is around $20,000.
It worked out fine. They came out soon enough. I used the Big Deal and chimney repair & sweep service of Potomac Services. We had a lot of work done through them. They repaired and did other chimney work. They put in a liner.
I called on Friday 3/28 near COB and went over the request, as birds kept getting into our vents. I had purchased a few covers/cages but some of them were in areas I didn't feel comfortable reaching to. After multiple bird attacks. Casey (tech) arrived on-time and got right to work. He completed the duct cleaning quickly, and started on the covers/cages. The technician was extremely helpful and even suggested that I might be able to do the job myself, to save money. Since he was there and so helpful, I decided to pay him to do it anyway. Inspected and cleaned my dryer vent.
