They accidently left a spot on my floor after the work was done but they did come back and correct this issue. The chimney cleaning went well, they also came back and cleaned our air ducts at a greatly reduced rate and the spot was corrected. They came to do a chimney sweep.
Work was fine. Suggested and installed a guard on the exit side of the vent. Cleaned dryer vent
On time, pleasant workman, good deal on Angies List--don't recall price of the "deal." Checked chimney and installed chimney cap
I was disappointed in the service and the young man who came out to do. I felt he was cutting corners on the service because it was a special deal. Just basically cleaned my fireplace. Did not replace any parts. It said they would do an inspection with a camera and when he got there he said he couldn't do it. I basically paid for what I could do with my vacuum and my shovel.

went fine - did not watch the process but it did not take too long and it was not messy cleaned chimney
They arrived on time and did a good job in sweeping the chimney. He did not have a ladder that would reach the top of my chimney. Heprovided an estimate to come back out and a name of another company that could complete the job.Very disappointing that they didn't have the equipment to complete the job. Now I will have to take another day off of work to get the job done. Cleaned chimney, but was supposed to havea chimney cap installed also.

I made the decision, years ago that we would not use longer ladders due to the increased risk and additional training necessary to operate at great heights. Excellent, professional service. Kasey gave me a great tutorial on fireplace maintenance, etc. Fireplace inspection.
Overall it went well, except for the dryer vent. The technician did not attach it properly and therefore we had lint in the laundry area on our upstairs level. The company sent someone back to fix it in a timely fashion. It was in a very tight area so we were not able to do it ourselves. cleaned vents and dryer vent
