I have used Potomac Services for a couple of different plumbing services. They are always on time or early (they always call first to make sure they can come early), are patient, through, and clean in their work. The services providers take the time to explain the issue and what needs to be done to fix the issue. Most recently my outdoor spigot was leaking. Things went pretty well. I don’t recall any negative issues with them. They honored the Deal for that price. They performed a dryer vent cleaning.
It was a Big Deal purchase. They were great. They did a great job. They were really good. I would use them again. .
I sold my home and no longer needed this deal Big Deal: Chimney sweep or dryer vent cleaning for $90 each! These services normally cost $150 each!

. I used Potomac Services for duct cleaning when we purchased our home. I had them come in before we moved in and after having our wood floors refinished. They were punctual and explained everything they were doing. The technician was very friendly and walked me through the entire process. They were higher priced than some of the coupons and flyers you get in the mail, but there were no hidden or additional charges. This price also included my dryer vent. I was happy with the service and would use them again.
They cleaned our gas fireplace and gave good advice about it.
They did an excellent job. They even gave me an Angie' List discount. The service went really well. They said we didn't have to replace the panel now but we are converting to gas so we did the work now. He seemed to be very honest. We've used Potomac Services on a couple of occasions and have been very happy. We recently experienced significant dryer times, and a leaking dryer vent. They were able to send someone out on short notice--Casey--who thoroughly investigated the issue and recognized that the existing vent was (a) not up to code and (b) broken in a number of places.
